During our virtual consultation on Google Meet, we'll discuss your goals, your current habits, and go through a health questionnaire. We'll then select the right package or session from the options below.

Once we've completed the consultation, we'll begin training together using the option that best fits your lifestyle. You can explore the training options below.

One 60-minute training session ideal for clients who are not ready to commit to a package yet.

If you have a variety of equipment at home (dumbbells, bench, resistance bands, etc.), I can come directly to your location, and we train there. No travel fees within 20 km.

If your home equipment is limited, I can recommend a simple and affordable equipment list so we can still train effectively from your home.

If you have very limited equipment at home and prefer not to invest, we can train together at a semi-private gym in Laval.
